Description
This was a winner. Another honey-based experiment, with the sweetness of blueberries and a bubbly kick.
‘Twas late on a Friday, and fresh blueberries were a dream. But there were frozen ones loitering…
Someone had also borrowed the shaker, so in reality, this was a stir job at the bottom of a glass, with the muddled fruit/rosemary removed with a spoon. And decorations with frozen blueberries. At least the rosemary plant in my garden never fails me.

Muddling with the bottom of a spoon, you get the fantastic colour starting.

Add the soda water and garnish, and voila!
Veeerrry refreshing, although I could have been tempted for more strength/less soda water. I guess it depends on the size of the glass.
