Mocktails
The complete list of mocktails, in order of ratings.

Blackberry Vanilla Mocktail
Muddled blackberries, lemon, honey, vanilla. Go light on the vanilla for the best results.

Virgin Pina Colada
A thick, refreshing, flavoursome, creamy mocktail. Perfect for summer by the pool.

Pomegranate mojito mocktail
A decadent, delicious pomegranate juice, lime, lemonade and agave combination.

Watermelon Bellini
The original Bellini was one-third white peach puree, and two-thirds champagne. This is an equally simple blend of two ingredients – pureed watermelon, and sparkling apple cider.

Spicy watermelon mint agua fresca
Watermelon, lime, mint, honey and a dash of tabasco. A perfect slightly spicy accompaniment for a spicy Nandos chicken.

Berry mint punch
Includes my perennial favourite raspberry cranberry juice – always in my fridge. Mmmm – raspberry cranberry juice and fresh berries..

Red grape mocktail
Red grapes are in season. They’re everywhere, they’re cheap, and they taste great. And even better as a mocktail. Simple ingredients, low fuss. Perfect.

Mimosa
A pretty name for a pretty drink. Traditionally orange juice and champagne, this was replaced with my favourite de-alcoholised sparkling cuvee.

Cranberry lime rickey
Lots of lovely tart lime, with cranberry juice and grenadine for extra colour and flavour. This disappears quickly!

Mudslide
Decadence in a glass. The Mudslide is a glorified coffee/ice-cream thick shake, with chocolate syrup drizzled down the side of the glass for added impact.

Peppermint Milk Shot
Equal parts milk and ice cream, with a dash of peppermint essence. And made Christmassy with some crumbled candy canes on top of whipped cream.

Kamikaze Mocktail
This is the more traditional kamikaze mocktail – orange juice, lime juice and a dash of bitters.
