Stunningly delicious – a hint of almond with the contrasting lemon juice and agave. You’ll want more.
Love is where everything should start. This is the non-alcoholic version of a frozen strawberry margarita.
Virgin strawberry daiquiri
Simply blend strawberries, lime juice, ice and sugar. Couldn’t be easier!
Watermelon lime mocktail
This is the best watermelon mocktail of all. Beautifully balanced with lime and agave syrup. Forget the rest.
Mandarin Agua Fresca
Simple as. A delicious way to use up mandarins, and definitely more-ish.
This is so addictive. Pink grapefruit cordial mixed with soda water, it’s the perfect pre-dinner drink. Just get some.
Rosemary blueberry smash
This was a winner. Another honey-based experiment, with the sweetness of blueberries and a bubbly kick.
Plus & Minus Blanc de Blanc
Not bad. Not too sweet, crisp and dry. Add some strawberries or spritz to boost.
Based on the Bundaberg Brewed Blood Orange, with passionfruit for extra flavour.
Blackberry Honey Mint Mocktail
Ooh yeah. A little fussy, but great great flavour. There is a lot of honey in this one, but blends nicely with the lemon and blackberries. Worth it.
The first of many spritz recipes – this is the easiest, and always enjoyable. Particularly if you garnish it nicely 🙂
Hot mulled cider
This worked beautifully. Warm, soothing but spicy cider. Perfect for a blustery winter evening.
Pure and simple, with lovely muddled wedges of lime at the base. A classic.
Rosemary grapefruit mocktail
This could be a new favourite. It’s simple, tops up well, and looks incredibly elegant. And the fizz transforms it from a basic fruit juice into an exciting taste sensation.
Strawberry Basil Mocktail
Deliciously refreshing. Recommended.
An exotic bitter-sweet orange drop of decadence.
A nice aroma, with hints of spice. Lovely colour. Light body. Improves over time during a meal, so you can enjoy lingering over a meal, or to accompany some nice cheeses.
Ginger Rhubarb Fizz
Found a fantastic ginger-rhubarb syrup yesterday. With soda water, this makes for a fantastic pre-dinner drink, or a cooler for long hot summer afternoons.
Pomegranate & Davidson Plum
Straight out of the bottle – Wood Lane sparkling pomegranate & davidson plum.
Abstinence on the beach
A delicious blend of cranberry, orange and pineapple juices, served with a slice of peach.
