Your favourite mocktails, with fruit juices as the core ingredient. Surely that means they’re healthy?

Watermelon lime mocktail
This is the best watermelon mocktail of all. Beautifully balanced with lime and agave syrup. Forget the rest.

Rosemary grapefruit mocktail
This could be a new favourite. It’s simple, tops up well, and looks incredibly elegant. Â And the fizz transforms it from a basic fruit juice into an exciting taste sensation.

Abstinence on the beach
A delicious blend of cranberry, orange and pineapple juices, served with a slice of peach.

Pomegranate mojito mocktail
A decadent, delicious pomegranate juice, lime, lemonade and agave combination.

Spicy watermelon mint agua fresca
Watermelon, lime, mint, honey and a dash of tabasco. A perfect slightly spicy accompaniment for a spicy Nandos chicken.

Berry mint punch
Includes my perennial favourite raspberry cranberry juice – always in my fridge. Mmmm – raspberry cranberry juice and fresh berries..

Mimosa
A pretty name for a pretty drink. Traditionally orange juice and champagne, this was replaced with my favourite de-alcoholised sparkling cuvee.

Cranberry lime rickey
Lots of lovely tart lime, with cranberry juice and grenadine for extra colour and flavour. This disappears quickly!

Kamikaze Mocktail
This is the more traditional kamikaze mocktail – orange juice, lime juice and a dash of bitters.

Amaretto Sour
Stunningly delicious – a hint of almond with the contrasting lemon juice and agave. You’ll want more.
