Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tspn ground turmeric
- 1/2 tspn chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
- 1 tbspn honey
- Dash of lemon juice
- Lemon zest to garnish
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a small saucepan
- Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, lemon
- Reduce heat to medium-low
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Strain into large glass, add lemon zest as a garnish
