Description

Foggy winter night, huddled around the fireplace?  This goes perfectly – and is super healthy


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tspn ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tspn chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbspn honey
  • Dash of lemon juice
  • Lemon zest to garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring water to boil in a small saucepan
  2. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, honey, lemon
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes
  5. Strain into large glass, add lemon zest as a garnish
