Simple as. A delicious way to use up mandarins, and definitely more-ish.

Very nice. Salt,lime,agave – can’t beat it.

Not bad. Not too sweet, crisp and dry.
Add some strawberries or spritz to boost.

Newblood Shiraz
A nice aroma, with hints of spice. Lovely colour. Light body. Improves over time during a meal, so you can enjoy lingering over a meal, or to accompany some nice cheeses.

Amaretto Sour
Stunningly delicious – a hint of almond with the contrasting lemon juice and agave. You’ll want more.

Orange Slice Twist
Simple – cut  a slice of orange, cut once to the middle, then twist.

A simple cherry at the bottom of a glass.

This is where you can get creative with combinations of fruit.

Celery garnish
A trimmed piece of celery, liberally sprinkled with salt, as a garnish for vegetable mocktails.
